A high-energy teen mystery told from the working island out.
When Maren Costa, sixteen, buys a three-dollar whale tooth at a thrift shop, her crew is pulled into a treasure hunt that has run through their families for generations. The Myrick teeth at the center of it are real, carved at sea in 1828.
The pilot, Greasy Luck, is complete. The series bible runs six seasons to a planned ending. Seasons One through Four are outlined. The work is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and the Writers Guild of America West.
While the show is developed, the studio publishes its world: the Field Notes column and the island on Instagram at @nantucketmystery.
