How I work
Start with something real. Do the whole thing. Own the decision.
Every product I have shipped began with a real person and a real job to do. Every page of NANTUCKET begins in a true piece of island history. I do not trust an idea until I can go stand next to it.
I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. I like a process you can measure, a team that owns its decisions, and a plan short enough to fit on one page.
